Liver sections from C57-HBV mice injected with sgp53/Pten or PX458 (as a control) were strained by H&E, p53, Pten and Oil Red Staining The insets are high-magnification views (X400). The arrows in p53 and Pten IHC indicated the negative stained hepatocyte. The scale bar is 100 μm.
