The effects which LA regulated the level of ALP activity and the ratio of OPG/ RANKL were inhibited by DPI, PDTC, LY294002 or SP600125 in DEX-treated MC3T3-E1 cells. The expression of OPG (A) and RANKL (B) mRNA was examined by qRT-PCR. OPG/RANKL ratio (C). ALP activity (D) was examined by the ALP activity assay kit. Data were expressed as mean ± SD of three independent experiments. # p < 0.05 and ## p < 0.01 compared with the control group. *p < 0.05 and **p < 0.01 compared with the DEX-alone group.
