The effects of LA on bone formation markers in MC3T3-E1 cells. ALP staining (A), mineralization (B), ALP activity (C) and COL-I (D), OCN (E), BMP-2 (F), Runx2 (G), Osx (H) mRNA expression levels were detected in MC3T3-E1 cells. All experiments were performed three times. All images of ALP staining were at ×200 magnifications.
