Viral RNA levels in the spleen and liver of EBOV-infected animals treated with EBOTAb at 1, 2 and 3 days post-challenge. When animals reached humane endpoints or at the scheduled end of the study, the levels of EBOV were measured by RT-PCR and plaque assay. (A) Spleen, plaque assay. (B) Spleen, RT-PCR assay. RT-PCR results are displayed as genome copies per gram of tissue. <denotes no detectable signal, ND denotes sample not assessed due to sample not being collected at necropsy and X indicates animal had died before reaching humane endpoints so samples were not collected.
