(B) JEG-3 cells were transiently transfected with the −238/+337 HSD3B1 promoter-luciferase construct containing wild-type or mutated GATA sites (either or both sites). Cells were harvested after 24 h of transfection and assayed for luciferase activity. Results are presented as the activity relative to the wild-type construct.
