(a) SULT enzyme antibodies were used to analyze human recombinant proteins including SULT1A1, SULT1A3, SULT1B1, SULT1E1 and SULT2A1. The same experiments were repeated three times. (b) The black peak represents the MRM chromatograms of the tryptic peptides derived from healthy human liver S9 samples, and the chromatograms of the five tryptic peptides were detected through quantitative MRM transitions. The red peak represents the MRM chromatograms of SULT human recombinant proteins.
