Growth dynamics of the recombinant viruses. DF-1 cells were infected with either rLS/AMPV-C F&G, rLS/AMPV-C G or LaSota strain at an MOI of 0.01. Every 12 h post-infection, virus was harvested by freeze-thaw cycles. Viral titers at each time point were determined by TCID50 titration in DF-1 cells, in triplicates. The mean titer at each time point is expressed in log10 TCID50/ml.
