ND indicates not done. - Indicates that binding was not detected at 300 nM chemokine concentration. Human and mouse CC-chemokines are arranged by sequence-similarity based phylogeny. Human chemokine binding to P991_AMBCA is as shown in Fig. 5, and shown here for comparison to mouse binding data. Higher affinity binding is indicated as shades of green, medium affinity as yellow, and lower affinity as shades of orange.
