Anti-cancer effects of 0404. (A) 0404 inducing apoptosis of HepG2 cells was highly depending on the concentration. (B) The majority of HepG2 cells were arrested at the G2/M phase at GI50% concentration and cyclinB1 was decreased at the same time. (C) 0404 induced up-regulation of p53, the phosphorylated p53 protein, the p53 targets such as p21 and down-regulation of TRAF2 protein in HepG2 cells.
