The levels of miR-34a in HCC patients were down-regulated. (A) The basic characteristics about the 5 HCC tissues. (B) Three out of five HCCs (60%) had decreased miR-34a levels as compared with corresponding non-cancerous hepatic tissues. (C) Ac-p53 expression was down-regulated in HCC tissues.
