Biodistribution of 188Re-labeled peptide in A549 tumours. A549 tumor bearing mice received 7.4 MBq 188Re-labeled peptide (n = 12) intravenously. Ex vivo biodistribution at 2 and 6 h after injection of 188Re-labeled peptide are shown in figure (A,B). Tumor/muscle ratio (C) and Tumor/blood ratio (D) were calculated.
