PARP-1 accumulation and the nuclear translocation of AIF in primary rPT cells, as detected by immunofluorescence. Primary rPT cells were treated with or without 2.5 μM Cd for 12 h and were stained to visualize PARP-1 and AIF Protein. Nuclear accumulation of active PARP-1 protein (Red) and AIF (green) translocation into the nucleus were obvious.
