From: Attenuation of Innate Immunity by Andrographolide Derivatives Through NF-κB Signaling Pathway
Effects of proteasome inhibitor MG-132 on the inhibition of TLR4 signaling induced by andrographolide derivatives. THP-1 cells differentiated with 10−8 M PMA were treated with 1 μg/ml LPS and pretreated with 1 μg/ml MG-132 16 h before the addition of andrographolide analogs. The levels of (A) IL-1β and (B) TNF-α in the medium were determined by LEGENDplexTM bead-based immunoassays after treatment with compounds 3b, 5a, 3a, 5b, and 6b for an additional 6 h. The results are representative of at least three independent experiments and presented as mean ± SD of three different experiments (**p < 0.05; −, DMSO control).
