Results of partial regression analyses partitioning the variation in each phylogenetic metric into four portions: (a) uniquely accounted for by environmental variables, (b) accounted for jointly by environmental and spatial variables, (c) uniquely accounted for by spatial variables, and (d) unexplained variance. For each phylogenetic metric, environmental and spatial variables included in the partial regression analyses are shown in Tables 2 and 3.
