Effect of ANKRD22 on cell growth. H1299 cells transfected with ANKRD22-shRNA (shANKRD22), negative control shRNA (shCtrl) and positive control shRNA (shPC) were observed by High Content Imaging Pathway Celigo for 5 days. The cell growth curve (fold change) indicated that knockdown of ANKRD22 expression significantly inhibited H1299 cell growth. (n = 3, *P < 0.05).
