Relative expression levels in control SH-SY5Y and clones FXN-138.1 and FXN-138.2. (a) miR-330-3p relative expression levels (p < 0.01); (b) LDHA relative expression levels; and (c) FOXO1 relative expression levels (p < 0.05). Expression levels of the miRNA were normalized to RNU48 and gene expression was normalized to GAPDH. Statistically significant differences were determined using Mann-Whitney tests. Results are means ± SD (n = 3). All P-values were two-tailed and less than 0.05 was considered statistically significant.
