Representative FISH image shows the deletion of FBXL4 in a CTC. CTC and lymphocyte were determined by immunofluorescence staining (left four panels). By FISH, two chromosome 1 paracentromere (red) regions were detected, but only one FBXL4 (green) was found in the CTC (heterozygous loss), while there were two copies of both chromosome 1 paracentromere and FBXL4 regions in the lymphocyte (no copy number change).
