Repeatability and intermediate precision of the MALDI-TOF-MS profiling method. Relative abundances of the 9 most abundant EPO glycans and Man6P were measured in sextuplicate on two different days. Major glycans showed a CV ≤6% and there were no significant differences between the profiles of both days.
