Relative mRNA expression of CgCSAD2 in different families of juvenile oyster under low osmotic stress. Elongation factor (EF) gene expression was used as internal control. The samples acclimated in 30‰ for 8 hours and 24 hours are the reference samples, respectively. The y-axis represent the fold changes between the expressions of treated samples and reference samples.
