HOXA11-AS RNAi promoted apoptosis in A549, H460, H1299 and PC9 cell lines. Four NSCLC cell lines (A549, H460, H1299 and PC9) were transfected separately with lenti-control virus, HOXA11-AS RNAi-54 and HOXA11-AS RNAi-55. An increased number of apoptotic cells (green arrows) and dead cells (black arrows) were observed under a light microscope (200×).
