Genetic structure of the sampled populations as estimated by discriminant analysis of principal components (DAPC). The results show discriminable groups at the species level in the scatter plot (A), with small fractions of genetic admixture in the compoplot (B), and clusters of populations with partial overlap (C) and obvious admixture patterns between populations of each species, except the Wulu population of S. playfairii (D).
