Correlation between Rap2a expression and clinicopathologic parameters in RCC patients. (A) Representative photographs showed Rap2a immunohistochemical staining in TMA. They were taken at different magnifications in normal renal tissue and renal carcinoma tissues (Top panel × 100, bottom panel × 400). (B) Compared with that in the normal renal tissue, the overall expression level of Rap2a in the renal cell carcinoma tissues was significantly higher (P < 0.01, χ2 test). (C) Increased Rap2a expression was not correlated with lymphatic metastasis. (D) Rap2a expression was not correlated with TNM stage. (E) Rap2a expression was not correlated with depth of invasion.
