(B) Effects of Rap2a knockdown on the migration ability of RCC cells were examined by wound-healing assay. (C,D) Cell migration was measured by using a migration assay following the transfection of ACHN, Ketr-3 and 786-O cells with Rap2a siRNA. Invasion assays were performed by using a similar procedure.
