Colonic tumour number and size are increased in cLys-Cox-2 x Apc Min/+ mice. Colonic (A), but not SI (B), tumour multiplicity and size are increased in cLys-Cox-2 x Apc Min/+ mice compared with non-transgenic controls. Post-mortem intestinal phenotype analysis was performed at 100-110 days of age by one observer blinded to genotype. Dots represent individual tumour numbers for 11 non-transgenic and 12 transgenic animals. Lines represent median values.
