Effects of fibulin-3 knockdown and overexpression on tumor growth in a xenograft model. (A) Tumor growths in lentivirus transfection systems were observed continuously for 8 weeks. (B) The average volumes of the tumors formed in the fibulin-3 shRNA infected group were much lower than those formed by the negative control HOS-1.
