OTUs were assigned to genus (y-axis) and phylum level (colours) and amount of respective OTUs (when >1) are shown in brackets. Negative “log2 Fold Change” values (x-axis) indicate for higher abundance in SSC patient samples and positive values indicate higher abundances in healthy controls.
