Expression of FPRs was increased in CRC tissues. (a) The levels of FPR mRNA in CRC tissues, distant control, and adjacent non-tumor tissues were examined with real-time quantitative PCR. The relative transcript expression was calculated as 2−ΔΔCT and was normalized against GAPDH/PPIA. (b) The tissue homogenates were analyzed by western blotting for the expression of FPR1.
