Luciferase activities of the vectors containing SHP-2 promoter variations. The luciferase activities were measured 48 h after transfection of the reporter vectors containing the wild-type SHP-2 promoter sequence or its genetic variations into HCT-116 cells. Then, the luciferase activity of each vector was compared with that of the wild-type. The data (mean ± SD) were obtained from triplicate wells. ***P < 0.001 vs. wild-type.
