Induction of G0/G1 phase arrest in M7-TR and M7-FR cell lines by Huaier extract. The DNA content of M7-TR (A) and M7-FR (B) cells, treated as above for 48 h, was detected and analysed by flow cytometry. The data represent the results of three independent experiments; *P < 0.05 or **P < 0.01. Changes in cell cycle progression could be due to cyclin D1 and CDK4 in the M7-TR (E) and M7-FR (F) cells. The data are presented as the mean ± SD of three separate experiments.
