MiR-33b was down-regulated in IgE-mediated activation of bone marrow mast cells (BMMCs) and was overexpressed in transfected BMMCs. (A) Representative FACS for c-Kit and FcεRI expression in BMMCs. (B) Toluidine blue was used to identify the mast cells. (C) The expression of miR-33b was analyzed using qRT-PCR in BMMCs that were activated through IgE. (D,E) Immunofluorescence and qRT-PCR were used to evaluate the miR-33b transfection efficiency.
