TNT induced the generation of ROS. (A) ROS expression levels of HepG2 and Hep3B cells exposed to different doses of TNT for 0 to 90 min. (B) The HepG2 cells were treated with 80 μM TNT, and the Hep3B cells were treated with 60 μM TNT, both for 90 min in the presence or absence of 10 mM NAC. The values represent the mean ± SD and were derived from at least three independent experiments. Triplicate measurements were performed for each experiment. *P < 0.05; **P < 0.01 (vs. control cells).
