Effects of CHOP siRNA on TNT-induced ER stress in HepG2 cells. The cells were transfected with or without CHOP siRNA and treated with or without TNT (80 μM) and with or without NAC for 24 h. Caspase-3/7 activity was detected via microplate reader.
