The x axis represents different fragments, and the y axis represents Ri-norm value. Scaffolds are shown by their ID numbers. Compared with autosome-linked scaffolds that with Ri-norm value of ~1, Y-linked scaffolds have lower Ri-norm value (~0), whereas X-linked scaffolds have higher Ri-norm value (~2).
