Histological images of liver, heart, lung, spleen, kidneys and bladder from untreated, PBS, QD and anti-CD47-QD exposed mice. No abnormalities were observed in liver, heart, lung spleen or bladder at any time point. Inflammation was found only in kidneys of QD-instilled mice. (b) High magnification images of renal pelvis of PBS- (black box), QD- (red box) and anti-CD47-QD-treated (blue box) mice. The image of QD-treated mouse (red box) shows increased inflammatory cells in the renal pelvic lumen.
