(B) At P14, there are no significant differences in SGN density between the mutant and wild-type mice (P > 0.05). (C) However, density was significantly different in SGN at P30 between the wild-type (39.23 ± 4.024, N = 4) and Spag6 mutant mice (27.75 ± 2.403, N = 5)(P < 0.01).
