Comparison of triplex formation in the presence of 15-mer ONs with reduced LNA-content at the 3′- vs. 5′-end. Quantification of the amount of triplex formed using ON2-3′-LNA-reduced and ON2-5′-LNA-reduced (0.06 μM corresponding to 1:12 ratio of dsDNA:TFO). TFO binding was monitored during 0–72 h and analyzed using EMSA.
