PTX, GCB and DXR uptake and release by GinPa-MSCs tested on CFPAC-1 cells. The effect of conditioned media (CM) and lysate (LYS) from GinPa-MSCs/PTX (A), GinPa-MSCs/GCB (B) and GinPa-MSCs/DXR (C), are expressed as percentage of CFPAC-1 proliferation referred to that of untreated cells (100% proliferation). Values are expressed as mean ± standard deviation (SD) of three independent experiments. The regression and the correlation coefficient (R2) of the dose response kinetics are reported in figure (D).
