Anticancer activity against squamous cell carcinoma (SCC154) of conditioned medium (CM) from drug loaded GinPa-MSCs. The effect of conditioned media (CM) from GinPa-MSCs/PTX (A), GinPa-MSCs/GCB (B) and GinPa-MSCs/DXR (C), are expressed as percentage of the proliferation of SCC154 referred to that of untreated cells (control 100% proliferation). Values are expressed as mean ± standard deviation (SD) of three independent experiments. The regression and the correlation coefficient (R2) of the dose response kinetics are reported in figure (D).
