Median (red lines) and notches were calculated as the median +/− 1.57 × IQR/sqrt of n, where IQR is the interquartile range and n is the number of samples. The IQR times 1.5 was added to the 75th percentile and subtracted from the 25th percentile to determine the whiskers. Dots are outliers.
