Integrin β1 and phosphorylated focal adhesion kinase (pFAK) expression in HLF cells in decellularized liver scaffolds. Immunofluorescence staining shows that integrin β1 and pFAK expression is up-regulated to a greater extent in fibrotic model liver scaffolds compared to that in normal liver scaffolds.
