The inset of (b) shows the AFM topography of the sample after the growth. (c) Band diagrams of graphene (left) and C60 (right) prior to interaction. The energy scales between graphene and C60 have a factor of 20 difference. (d–f) Analogue results for another device, on which the growth was started from n-type graphene, and ~10 ML of C60 were grown. An arrow in (d) indicates the direction of the shifting of the subsequently measured transfer curves.
