MSA disrupts the distribution of integrin β3 on cell membranes. HUVECs were treated with MSA (2 μM) and/or VEGF (50 ng/mL) for 12 h before fixation. Integrin β3 was detected using mouse monoclonal antibody against integrin β3 followed by Cy3-labelled goat anti-mouse-IgG (red) antibodies. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (blue). Photos were taken by confocal laser scanning microscope (FV10i).
