(A) Box plots of the distribution of the 8-lncRNA signature score (designated by the first principal component (PC1)) within the malignant and benign groups and healthy controls. (B) Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis showed that the 8-lncRNA signature PC1 yielded an area under the curve (AUC) value of 0.77 (95% CI: 0.62–0.92) in differentiating between malignant and benign IPMN groups.
