Assessment of induced EC. Immunofluorescence staining of iPSC and ECpa (a). iPSC were not positive for PECAM-1, VE-cadherin, KDR and vWF (EC markers), whereas nearly 100% of ECpa were positive for PECAM-1, VE-cadherin, KDR and vWF.
