These plots evaluate the consensus between top ranking genes from each individual dataset and top ranking genes from each meta-analysis condition (early and late myopia and hyperopia). The x-axis is top ranking genes based on the rank product analyses and the y-axis is the proportion of genes in common with the meta-analysis results.
