Histograms of distribution (%rel ± SEM) of the 8 spectral end-members of HDFM library for RBC imaging as obtained by the Spectral Angle Mapper (SAM) software of the hyperspectral microscope. Spectral distribution is obtained by the SAM function in RBCs of healthy (dark grey, n = 20) and ASD (light grey, n = 21) children and data are reported in Supplementary Table 2.
