From: Minimally Invasive Micro-Indentation: mapping tissue mechanics at the tip of an 18G needle
Dynamic response of the NP of disc 1, for a frequency range of 0.5–10 Hz, measured in situ using the needle-based MIMI probe. We performed indentations on three independent locations. Each location represents an average of 5 frequency sweeps. Variability of G′ (closed symbols) and G′′ (open symbols) is found to be marginal within one disc.
