Internalization of H69-derived EVs into H69 cells or human primary hepatocytes. Internalization of H69-derived EVs into (a) other H69 cells and (b) human primary hepatocytes. Cell nuclei were stained by DAPI (blue) and H69-derived EVs were stained by PKH26 (red). EVs were merged with H69 cells or hepatocytes showing internalization (arrow). No PKH26 control is shown to eliminate possibility of unspecific binding of PKH26 or detection of background or noise. Scale bar: 25 µm.
