Cavtratin rescues retinae of Cav1 KO mice from the damage by acute ocular hypertension treatment. AP or Cavtratin was injected into the eye vitreous chamber 4 hr before the AOH treatment in Cav1 KO mice. The eyeballs were harvested 3d later for cryosectioning.
