HEK293 cells were transfected with the indicated plasmids for 24 hours before coimmunoprecipitation and immunoblot analysis with the indicated antibodies.(C,D) SPI-2 (C) and CrmA (D) disrupt the MITA-TBK1/IKKε-IRF3 complex. HEK293 cells were transfected with the indicated plasmids for 20 hours before coimmunoprecipitation and immunoblot analysis with the indicated antibodies.
